Terms and Conditions

Thank you for booking an adventure with Countrytime Coastal!​ All of our trips are safe and family friendly. However, there are some inherent risks associated with any water activity. As a result, we do require participants to acknowledge the terms and conditions outlined below during checkout:

• Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that engaging in water activities such as fishing and exploring sand islands involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and drowning. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this trip.

• Physical Fitness: I certify that I am physically fit to participate in the water-related activities and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating. I agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions or concerns to the trip organizers prior to departure.

• Safety Instructions: I agree to abide by all safety instructions provided by the trip organizers, including but not limited to, wearing appropriate safety gear, following designated routes, and refraining from engaging in reckless behavior.

• Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the trip, I hereby release and discharge Countrytime Coastal LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that maybe sustained by me during the trip.

• Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold Countrytime Coastal LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from all liabilities or expenses arising from my participation in the trip, including but not limited to, legal fees and medical expenses.

• Photographic Release: I consent to the use of any photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during the trip for promotional or marketing purposes by Countrytime Coastal LLC without compensation.
